Christian Bale was photographed fighting Tom Hardy?s Bane on Sunday at Carnegie Mellon University.

In the comic books, Bane is a virtually unstoppable juggernaut.
It is not known if director Christopher Nolan will enhance Hardy?s size with CGI wizardy for the film.

Marion Cotillard, who plays Bruce Wayne?s associate Miranda Tate, was also seen climbing in Batman?s massive Batmobile tumbler.
Anne Hathaway, who plays Catwoman in the new film, has yet to be seen in costume.

Filming for ?The Dark Knight Rises? will also take place in India, England, Scotland, New York City and Los Angeles.
