Pepper Club on the Beach, the exclusive multi-million rand Camps Bay beach club and restaurant of Pepper Club Luxury Hotel & Spa, has announced the appointment of Roy van Litsenborgh as its Restaurant Manager.

Van Litsenborgh, with over 20 years of experience in the restaurant industry, will be responsible for all operations at Pepper Club on the Beach. With a passion for the restaurant business, he started out in the industry as a waiter and rapidly moved through the ranks occupying senior management positions at some of the Western Cape?s top eateries. Over the years, Van Litsenborgh has also owned several successful businesses, such as the Rhodes Memorial Restaurant, which today is a landmark restaurant in Cape Town for tourists and locals alike.
