IF YOU HAVEN?T USED WINSOR PILATES, DON?T ANSWER. I?M NOT INTERESTED IN YOUR DIETING OR EXCERSIZING IDEAS, I?M ALREADY ON A HEALTHY DIET. I JUST WANT THE ANSWERS TO THE QUESTIONS I ASKED. THANKS.

yes i bought a pilates dvd and i started seeing results in about 2 weeks
