Question by Billy S:Healthy food for a weight of 17 years losing and gaining muscle? Hi I just know that some healthy foods I can eat while losing weight and gaining muscle. I have 17 years and go to the gym and exercise every day. Can someone please telll me what foods to eat anything much of what I eat and others not etc.Gracias Best answer: Reply by Carloeat more lean meat.
